1. Scope of Services & Consultation Model

We are not the official front desk, management, or trust representatives of Yatri Nivas Trichy. 1.2. The Fee Structure: We charge a clearly stated, upfront Consultation & Convenience Fee. This fee is charged solely for our manual labor, digital coordination, guide assistance, and time spent helping you secure or navigate room bookings. 1.3. Optional Nature: Our paid assistance is entirely optional. Users are free to visit Trichy and book rooms directly through official government/management channels without paying our consulting fee.

2. Booking Availability & Room Guarantees

2.1. Final Authority: All physical rooms, check-in mandates, rules, and property allocations are owned and controlled exclusively by the on-ground management of Yatri Nivas in Trichy. 2.2. No Absolute Guarantee: While our desk uses its best efforts to assist you in securing slots based on your preferred dates, our consultation fee guarantees our service and manual effort, not the room itself. If a room cannot be secured due to full occupancy, seasonal rushes, or sudden official closures, our liability is strictly limited to our cancellation and refund policy (outlined in Section 5).

3. Zero-Data Retention & Privacy Compliance

3.1. No Data Storage: To protect pilgrim privacy and comply with global digital safety guidelines, we operate on a strict Zero-Data Storage Policy. 3.2. Real-Time Deletion: Any personal information (such as your Name, Mobile Number, or Travel Dates) shared with our desk to facilitate your booking is processed strictly in real-time via WhatsApp or telephone call. Once the booking coordination request is completed or closed, all related messages, screenshots, and details are permanently deleted from our active working chat panels. We do not maintain any user database or sell your data to third parties.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1. Accurate Information: The User is solely responsible for providing 100% accurate guest details, ID proofs (when required at the physical counter in Trichy), and check-in timings. We will not be responsible for rejected check-ins resulting from incorrect names or missing IDs provided by you. 4.2. Adherence to Local Rules: When staying at Yatri Nivas Trichy, you agree to follow all religious, cultural, moral, and administrative guidelines enforced by the local management and temple authorities.

5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

5.1. Consultation Fee: Our consultation fee must be paid online via our authorized payment channels before our desk initiates manual booking assistance. 5.2. Refund Eligibility:

  • If our desk fails to secure your booking assistance due to complete lack of room availability on your chosen dates, your consultation fee will be refunded.

  • Once a booking coordination has been completed and confirmed on your behalf, our consultation fee is considered fully earned for services rendered and becomes non-refundable.

  • Any cancellation or modification requests made by the user after confirmation must be raised immediately via our helpline and will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the local property’s guidelines.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. ytriniwas.site, its freelance owners, and remote agents based in Rajasthan shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages, travel delays, unexpected modifications in room pricing by local management, lack of amenities (like sudden power cuts or AC maintenance issues at the property), or cancellations caused by regional strikes, festivals, or natural events in Trichy.

7. Intellectual Property & Fair Use

7.1. The brand name “Yatri Nivas Trichy” and local reference materials are utilized on this website strictly under nominative fair use for descriptive, informational, and geographical identification purposes. We claim absolutely no ownership over official trademarks or government property assets.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Rajasthan, India. Any legal disputes, claims, or grievances arising directly from our consultancy services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajasthan.
